According to the experiment, we determined that the content of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), deoxynivalenol (DON) and zearalenone (ZEN) increased with the increase in moisture content in the environment, and the content of these three toxins was highest at a moisture content of 22%, which means that 22% moisture content was most suitable for the growth of the three toxins; the three toxins also showed an increasing trend with the increase in temperature.
