Multivariate Cox regression analysis In the multivariate analysis, neoadjuvant treatment (HR =0.23, 95% CI: 0.056–0.96, P=0.044), tumor size ≤5 cm (P=0.014), and adjuvant imatinib (P=0.046) were associated with better DRFS, while tumor size ≤5 cm was associated with better LRFS (P=0.072) and OS (P=0.078) with marginal significance ( Table 4 ).
