After adjusting for age and parity, country of birth and education level were statistically significant independent predictors of satisfaction with care during pregnancy; country of birth and English speaking (collapsed into with difficulty or not at all, well, fluent) were statistically significant independent predictors of satisfaction with care during labor and birth; while English speaking had only borderline significant association with satisfaction with care after birth in the multivariable analysis.
