According to kinetic chain perspectives, the conversion of the force of one leg to the other during alternate foot movements in the ELS increases the force load, which in turn increases the force on the ground and can enhance limb control and balance ( Lam et al., 2019 ; Reid, Elliott & Alderson, 2008 ), which in turn shows an increasing trend in ground reaction force.
