Day5 was the cut-off point for the change in the proportion of numerous cells in both wounds group, and the differences in the immune profile between wounds in terms of the number and proportion of cells accumulated from day1 to day3, after which the differences in the degree of inflammation between the control and diabetic wounds groups became highly significant.
