Also, while most of the proteins exhibited a decreasing trend from 3 to 13 days, the endoglucanases Eg1, Eg4 and Eg7 steadily increased in abundance as time passed, which possibly contributes to the overall increase in cellulase (FPase) activity observed in CW cultures (Fig. 1 b).
