This (and the observation at 144 h, mention to follow) indicated that at about 120 h there was a transition, and small variations in inoculum, growth, temperature, or time of reading between experiments could cause this transition point to lodge on one side or the other of this 120 h break point, shifting from borderline significant differences to significant differences.
