Although the demands and challenges of COVID-19 have demonstrated that there may be significant shifts in support and funding that make resources and attention relatively scarce at institutional, state, and governmental levels, our findings demonstrate that important perinatal quality goals may be meaningfully achieved, particularly concerning topics and measures central to the prevention of SMM and maternal mortality, such as severe hypertension in pregnancy and the postpartum period.
