Similarly, a U-shaped relationship was found between fat intake and prevalence of distress ( P = 0.04); such that when fat intake increased from the first category of fat intake to the third category, a decreasing trend in prevalence of distress was found; whereas, prevalence of distress increased in the last category of fat intake.
