These finding suggested that MSCs had a negative affect on the pituitary gland and led to a highly significant reduction in serum FSH and LH in the treated group when compared to the CYP group, and as regeneration of testicular tissue occurred from stem cells, we detected a highly significant rise in the tissue expression of FSH and LH in the treated group when compared with the cyclophosphamide CYP group.
