Strikingly, we observed a highly significant generation of outwardly rectifying typical TRPL-dependent i-V curves ( Figure 2 A–C, for controls, see Supplement and Figure S3 ), similar to the TRPL-dependent i-V curves induced by CCh application to cells co-expressing hM1R and TRPL ( Figure 1 D,E).
