In the ACPA+ strata, we observed an increasing trend of the PRS ( P for trend < 0.001), which consistently increased with progressive disease stage, with large differences between healthy controls and the complete CSA group (mean ± SD PRS 1.05 ± 0.94 versus 1.25 ± 0.99, respectively; mean difference 0.21 [95% CI –0.05, 0.46]) and between the complete CSA group and RA group (mean ± SD PRS 1.25 ± 0.99 versus 1.41 ± 0.96; mean difference 0.16 [95% CI –0.10, 0.42]).
