In the unlikely event that the latter scenario is true, the expression of nSREBP2 protein levels in this case is clearly significantly reduced in P2(−/−) and P4(−/−) clones compared with those of control and Parkin O/E parental cells ( Fig. 2E ), and is expected to affect the Parkin-SREBP2-LPL axis.
