In this dot blot assay, we have used three different antibodies 6E10, OC, and A11 for the detection of a different form of the Aβ peptide. Antibody 6E10 can bind to all kinds of Aβ peptides like monomer, oligomer, and fibril aggregates and gives a positive trend; because of this, we used 6E10 as a control experiment to detect the Aβ peptide content in the sample.
