The relationship between crystallinity and electrical properties of the obtained Te nanomesh on different substrates were also studied, where their crystallinities and conductivities of Te nanomesh witness a decreasing trend from SiO 2 , mica, sapphire, polyimide to paper (Supplementary Fig. 19 ).
