A single 25-Gy radioablation dose was delivered by a linear accelerator-based volumetric modulated arc therapy technique to a mean clinical target volume of 39 mL over 31 min; the reduction in recurrent VT burden was significant at 3 months and close to significance at 6 months, with the limitation of the sample size.
