81–83 However, only small studies and case series are available in acute immune-mediated neuropathy, indicating a positive trend towards efficacy. 84–87 Our study provides in vitro and in vivo evidence of complement-related pathology in anti-pan-neurofascin-associated nodo-paranodopathy and thus sets the basis for further studies considering new therapeutic options in these severely affected individuals.
