As shown in Figure 12B , the change in body weight of each mouse was also recorded throughout the treatment, with an overall trend of growth, but no significant difference between the groups, indicating that the treatment material we designed has good biocompatibility and did not affect the basic physiological growth of the mice, with no significant side effects.
