The correlation (R: Pearson correlation coefficient) between QTcF and HR was −0.293, −0.232, −0.401, and −0.056 (Figure 2a ), whereas the correlation between QTcSPL and HR was less in all cases at −0.189, −0.115, −0.317, and 0.014 (Figure 2b ); the reduction in correlation between QTcF/HR relative to QTcSPL/HR was −0.1043 ( p < 0.001), −0.1167 ( p < 0.001), −0.0845 ( p < 0.001), and −0.0701 ( p < 0.001) representing highly significant reductions in correlation between QTc and HR using the QTcSPL method for the baseline enriched analysis data, pretreatment (baseline) observation, observations with no large decreases in HR, and observations with a large decreases in HR, respectively.
