Although there was no statistically significant difference in OS between the two groups (P=0.221), the subgroup analysis showed that patients in group A (mOS: 10.4, 95% CI: 0.3 to 20.6 months) exhibited a favorable trend in OS compared with group B (mOS: 18.0, 95% CI: 5.4 to 30.6 months) ( Figure 5B ).
