Apart from CD4 T cells, for which a decreasing trend was observed, all T cell subsets showed an increased trend in terms of rate frequency, ranging from 1.4-fold-increase for conventional CD8 T-cells ( Figure 1B ), 1.6-fold-increase for iNKT cells ( Figure 1C )), 1.6-fold-increase for γδ-T cells ( Figure 1E ) to a significant 2.9-fold-increase ( p <0.05) for MAIT cells ( Figure 1D ).
