The I values of the samples before pyrolysis are consistent ( Figure 7 c), whereas after pyrolysis, they increase sharply and show an increasing trend with increasing inertinite content ( Figure 7 d), attributable to the fact that aliphatic functional groups are much easier to decompose than aromatic functional groups, as shown in Figure 6 .
