All participant types improved their ability to correctly identify both temporary and permanent family planning methods; pre-post change was marginally significant ( p = 0.063) for mothers-in-law’s and husband’s knowledge of temporary methods, and statistically significant for all groups related to permanent methods ( p < 0.05).
