In the present study the number of patients who needed analgesia with 1 gm paracetamol was 10% in study group one dose on day 0 and no requirement of analgesia on day 2 and 3 which was highly significant (p 0.00) On the other hand 90% of patients in group II required paracetamol on day 0 and 100% on day 1 and 2 and no request was made on day 3 in both the groups.
