Conclusions The results of our study showed that patients who had used nab-paclitaxel showed a decreasing trend in serum Cre, AST, LDH, CK, WBC count and HGB levels, thus causing an increased probability of cardiovascular events, hepatotoxic events and fatigue and other symptoms.
