The temperature of the shear area will decrease with the increase of the cooling hydraulic pressure, weakening the softening effect of the material and slowing down the rate of instability of the shear surface material due to adiabatic shearing, that is, the angle between the inside of the serrated segment is increased and the adiabatic shear angle is reduced, resulting in an increasing trend in chip thickness.
