With the development of blueberry fruits and the enhancement of light intensity, the activities of PAL, CHI, DFR and UFGT in blueberry fruits in this study showed an increasing trend, which was consistent with the change trend of anthocyanin content in blueberry fruits, and there was a significant or extremely significantly positive correlation between the activities of the four enzymes and anthocyanin content.
