The baseline values of different spirometric parameters with two-steps reversibility related changes as (1) baseline to salbutamol/glycopyrronium (step-1) and (2) salbutamol/glycopyrronium to glycopyrronium/salbutamol (step-2) display a statistically highly significant improvement in all the parameters in both the steps irrespective of the order of use [ Table 1 ].
