While there was an apparent trend of enhanced immunogenicity between vaccination groups (live-adjuvanted > live-unadjuvanted > inactivated adjuvanted > inactivated unadjuvanted), virus-neutralising antibody titres were not statistically different between treatment groups at four weeks post prime vaccination (pre-booster) or four weeks post booster (pre challenge) (Supplementary Fig. 4 ).
