These sequences were divided into three large groups with highly significant bootstrap values (NJ (Neighbor-Joining) method) ( Figure 1 ): a first group of 66.66% from the total isolates represented by three different Trichoderma harzianum strains, a second group of 14.41% represented by one Trichoderma lixii and a third group of 18.91% represented by two Trichoderma sp. close to the T. harzianum complex.
