The sentences
When FI has been defined as EF insufficiency with threshold indiscriminately or with EF percentage < 80% [cohorts with EF percentage < 20% and < 50% were completely covered by the same cohort [ 5 ] with EF percentage < 80%], it was associated with hospital mortality but with a marginal significance (OR 1.90, 95% CI 1.03–3.50; very low certainty evidence; Fig. 3 ) and showed no significant difference for other outcomes (Fig. 3 ).
