This revealed a highly significant impact of the S258 L mutation, which increased CQ IC 50 values 1.5-fold, and a more moderate but significant impact of F313 S and the double mutation (S258 L /F313 S ), relative to the ancestral (258S/313F) allele (Fig. 5b ).
