Of interest, the abundance of NMOSD-TCRs decreased significantly after treatment in patients with good outcomes ( Figure 3D left), but there was no significant change in patients with poor outcomes and even showed an increasing trend in some patients ( Figure 3D right), suggesting that the NMOSD-TCRs have potential as predictors of drug efficacy.
