For global tendencies of age-standardized rates, DALYs and deaths, respectively, showed a flattening off and a slight decline in 1990–2019, wherein the lowest age-standardized rates of DALYs and deaths were prevalent in high SDI regions , and these two rates decreased from high-middle to low SDI in the other four regions , interestingly , with a decreasing trend in high and high-middle SDI regions but an increasing trend in the middle , low-middle , and low SDI regions .
