Citrate contents were maintained at low levels during development of the three independent acnac1 lines, from 0.37 mg/g (6 WAP) to 2.39 mg/g (17 WAP), while the wild‐type control (RF‘DH’) showed an increasing trend and reached 11.98 mg/g at 13 WAP (Figure 5c ).
