The high resistivity of the samples (slightly higher for the single crystal sample) results in noisy spectra, yet a decreasing trend can be extracted where the resistance transits from an initial value R t0 toward a saturation value R t∞ , which is typically 8 − 10 , 14 around 10% from the initial value, i.e., R t∞ / R t0 = α ∼ 0.1.
