A bibliometric study on adult glaucoma showed an increasing trend in terms of the number of publications with a steep slope from 2014 to 2018.[ 4 ] Regarding PG, a steep rise in the number of publications has been observed since 1990, and a parallel rise in the number of citations has been observed with a time lag of two years.
