Our analysis identified a highly significant eQTL for Tnni3k on Chr 3 at 154.78 megabases (Mb) with peak likelihood ratio statistics (LRS) of 79 ( Figure 3 ), the result of which was further confirmed by eQTL mapping using genome-wide efficient mixed-model association (GEMMA) method.
