As shown in Fig 5(B) , the pathway enrichment analysis of the first five pathways in nine communities on three mountains showed that the phenylpropanoid biosynthesis metabolic pathway showed an increasing trend with the increase of altitude sampling site. the plant secondary metabolic biosynthesis metabolic pathway all showed a downward trend with the increase of the sampled altitude.
