, also highly significant difference between the impact strength values of heat-cured resin and visible light-cured resin emphasizing the brittle nature of the visible light-cured resin.[ 19 ] However, in their study, chemically polymerized resin had higher impact strength than light polymerized resin which is contrary to the results of the present study.[ 19 ] The reported differences may be attributed to employing different brands of materials, using different polymerization techniques, or performing the test under dry or wet conditions and after different periods of water storage.
