We finally compared regional g E / g I variations across subsets of ROIs (R1, R2, R3, and R4, Figure 2C ) and observed that most g E / g I shifts of MCI cv with respect to controls were insignificant or marginally significant, while g E / g I variations between MCI n and controls were overall stronger and significant ( p < 0.01, d ≥ 0.2 in all subsets of ROIs).
