When compared with the telogen dataset that served here as wild-type control (CT), hundreds of genes changed expression in Cdh5 + perineurial cells due to Alk1 loss, and of these, 53 changed by >3x, which is highly significant in single-cell analysis (Supplementary Table 1 ).
