These data suggested that elevated GBP family expression was associated with a better prognosis of liver cancer on an overall trend, and GBPs may be potential prognostic biomarkers for HCC. 3.3 Construction of GBPs ‐score and verification of its prognostic value in HCC Based on the above results, we speculated that GBP family molecules may have effects on the progression of HCC and may become a potential signature for predicting HCC prognosis.
