In a recent paper on [ 68 Ga]-PSMA-11 PET-CT in recurrent prostate cancer, the employment of a LAFOV PET-CT system rendered 4 h late imaging feasible and demonstrated, as comparable to standard 1 h images, an improved TBR and improved SNR with a borderline significance at 4 h imaging while visual inspection was only modestly impaired [ 21 ].
