Previous administration of radiotherapy was associated with a significantly shorter OS ( p = 0.01), while LDH plasma levels had a marginally significant adverse effect on PFS ( p = 0.05) and a significant effect on OS ( p < 0.001).
The respective curves demonstrated a trend for shorter PFS and OS in patients with higher uptake in both organs, with the log-rank test partly revealing statistical significance (for the combination of splenic and colonic SUV max ) or borderline significance (for the combination of splenic and colonic SUV mean ) (Supplementary Figs. 1 and 2 ).
