Due to China entering an aging society in the year 2000, an increasing number of older people have faced increasing challenges and barriers in the adoption of health care access in the Internet era ( 23 ), therefore, psychosocial processes can influence the decision about seeking medical help, and sex-related, age-specific, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds may be significant factors.
