By performing the same sQTL mapping analysis on the DLPFC region (the specific procedure is the same as HIPPO, see STAR methods section for details), we observed approximately 6.8% of sQTL SNPs overlapped between the HIPPO and DLPFC (as shown in the Figure 3 C), and we noted that the p values of the overlapping sQTL SNPs were highly significant in both brain regions.
