21 Because an increasing trend in the proportion of patients inappropriately classified as low-risk cannot be excluded and—while no firm conclusions can be drawn because of power limitations—in combination with the observed clinically relevant outcomes, there may be considerable margins of improvement in the accuracy of risk stratification in the outpatient setting.
