Finally, the addition of the two scores of trust in the institutions (Model 3) made it possible to highly and significantly improve the fit of the model in T1 ( R 2 = 0.293, Δ R 2 m = 0.171, p = <0.001) and T2 ( R 2 = 0.299, Δ R 2 m = 0.198, p = <0.001), with a highly significant regression coefficient for trust in health institutions in T1 ( b = 0.433, p = <0.001) and T2 ( b = 0.452, p = <0.001).
