Withdrawal of 15 ml CSF during lumbar puncture resulted in a decrease in CSF pressure in our patients ( Table 2 ; Figure 5 ), although this CSF pressure drops varied widely, ranging from almost insignificant changes to a maximum of 12 cm H2O.
